Your Questions, Answered About the Green Bottle Method

  • Yes, the Green Bottle pricing can be combined with payment plans.

  • Choose the bottle that most accurately reflects your current financial situation. To keep the structure clear and consistent, there is no in-between pricing between bottles.

  • Your bottle selection is locked in for the specific coaching service you’re enrolling in, however, you may select a different bottle when exploring future services.

  • Select the bottle that best fits your current financial situation.

  • If your employer has a reimbursement limit, choose a bottle that will be fully covered by it. If there is no cap, select the highest bottle (since the cost will not impact your personal finances).

  • Yes! Green Bottle pricing is available for all individual coaching services and group programs.

  • Please reach out! I never want pricing to be the sole barrier to support, and I’d love to work with you to explore all the options I have available.

Access & Equity

  • Green Bottle is for anyone who would like to participate in coaching services but would be otherwise unable to due to financial strain.

  • Financial barriers are unfortunately common, particularly for women with identities that are unrepresented in leadership roles. By offering multiple access tiers (“bottles”), I aim to reduce barriers to participation without compromising the quality or experience of the coaching services.

  • The Green Bottle Method is adapted from long-standing sliding scale pricing models rooted in community care and economic justice, with framework developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk. The bottle visual reflects different lived financial realities and emphasizes personal financial experience rather than income alone.

  • It reflects my belief that growth should be accessible and financially sustainable for both clients and coaching practitioners.

  • No, there is not a set number of each “bottle” available, and choosing the one that aligns with your situation does not take access away from others.

  • Many of us are navigating financial constraints and limited (or nonexistent) discretionary funds. Investing in coaching is a personal decision, and I would never encourage anyone to put themselves in a difficult or stressful financial situation.

For some, coaching may become feasible with a combination of Green Bottle pricing, a payment plan, and/or temporary adjustments elsewhere in their budget. For others, it may mean deciding that now is not the right season. Both choices are valid, and I’ll be excited to work with you when the timing is right!

  • No. All participants receive the same type and quality of coaching, materials, and support, regardless of their selected bottle.

  • Your bottle selection is completely confidential.

  • A single low price often limits sustainability and access long-term. Sliding scale pricing allows those with more capacity to support broader access while keeping the work viable and sustainable for a coaching practitioner.
