What makes us different?
We combine a six-week cohort program that will guide you in discovering your core values and learning to live by them authentically—both professionally and personally—with an online community that connects you to other underrepresented women navigating the same journey. After the six-week cohort, you don’t lose access to that online community. Ever.

Cohort Objectives
This is a six-week, virtual group cohort that meets live once a week and has activities for you to complete, designed for you to complete between live sessions. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each week.
By the end of the cohort, you will:
Discover and clarify your core values to create a personal compass that guides authentic decision-making in both your career and personal life.
Develop strategies for living in alignment with your values, learning to show up consistently and authentically across professional and personal settings.
Build resilience to navigate the challenges that arise when staying true to your values feels difficult or risky.

Week 1 / Strengths & Superpowers
Week One is all about your identity. We’ll explore the transformative power of embracing your unique identity and the concept that your identity is not a limitation but a potent source of strength. Throughout the session, we’ll start to recognize and celebrate your individuality and your unique strengths as a powerful asset in both personal and professional realms.

Week 2 / Aligning With Your Values
In this session, we'll explore what matters most to you and how those values can become your North Star for making decisions. Through some guided reflection and hands-on exercises, you'll identify your top values and take an honest look at how they're showing up (or not showing up) in your work and daily life right now.

Week 3 / Living Your Values
Now that you've identified your core values, it's time to put them into action. A fundamental aspect of growth is learning to show up in ways that authentically reflect what matters most to you—both professionally and personally. Throughout this session, we'll explore how the values you defined last week can guide the way you present yourself, make decisions, and contribute to your organization and community.

Week 4 / When Values Meet Reality
Living by your values sounds straightforward—until it's not. In this session, we'll get honest about the real challenges that come up when you try to let your values guide your decisions.
We'll explore why staying true to what matters can be so hard, especially in professional settings where the stakes feel high. Together, we'll discuss strategies for building the resilience you need to navigate those uncomfortable moments—whether that's learning to tolerate uncertainty, finding your people for support, or developing the courage to make choices that might not be the easiest path but feel right for you.

To play the game, you have to know the game. This week, we’ll explore the nuanced landscape of corporate politics, providing you with the tools and strategies needed to navigate and thrive within the intricate dynamics so you can advance your career.

Drawing from the insights accumulated in the weeks before, get ready to synthesize all learnings. This week is dedicated to envisioning the future—meticulously planning, strategically orchestrating, and passionately dreaming about your ascent as both an individual and a leader. Get ready to chart a course for your leadership journey that reflects not only your acquired knowledge but also your boundless potential.

Hi, I’m Jaya - founder and Chief Empathy Officer of Jaya Mallik Coaching & Consulting. I’m so glad you’re here and considering the Rising Leaders Program!

I’ve been where you are. The gap I saw in many corporate women’s leadership development programs was they seemed to focus on the needs of few women vs. the many too.
